By now, you may be aware of how you can help the environment by bringing your own bags to the grocery store. The grocery stores are selling their own bags, or you can get them online at ReusableBags.com where they have a very large selection of bags for many different uses.
However, you may not think much of it when you go to your favorite department store. It does not seem that there is as much focus at those stores as there is at the grocery stores, but that does not lessen the damage department store bags can have on the environment.
If you’re already using reusable grocery bags, why not consider getting reusable shopping bags? Bring them with you to the department store, and you won’t need their over-sized plastic bags.
